RULES OF CONDUCT
1. Subject
The rules of conduct are guidelines on how travelers should behave in the Airplanes, Business Class Lounges, First Class Lounges, Private Jets and Private Jet Lounges. The principles of honesty and respect apply.
2. Honesty and respect
The passengers provide truthful information. They post current photos and videos of themselves, which means that they look like they do in real life in the photos and videos. They provide a clear picture of themselves under "Edit account" - "About me". For example, they describe their CV, education, occupation, family situation and leisure and vacation activities. The posts match the lifestyle. Posts created with AI must be marked with AI.
The passengers behave respectfully, which means that they provide a positive image of themselves.
- They post photos and videos in which they look well-groomed. They pay attention to appropriate clothing and an attractive environment.
- They pay attention to correct spelling.
- They adjust the size of the audio recordings, videos, photos and files posted.
- They actively post articles and participate in discussions with interest.
- They post positive and factual comments.
3. Non-tolerated behavior
3-Parts does not tolerate old or heavily edited photos and videos in which the passenger is not recognizable and posts that do not correspond to their current life situation and lifestyle. Pretense or misrepresentation, including catfishing, i.e. creating an online persona that is not the passenger, as well as posting articles that are not marked with AI, are not permitted.
3-Parts does not accept posts in which the passenger is depicted unkempt, in offensive positions and in dangerous, shabby surroundings and posts that are negative, abusive, insulting or discriminatory. This list is not exhaustive. All posts that hurt them, degrade their dignity or otherwise violate applicable laws are prohibited.
4. Notification
Passengers who become aware of a violation of the rules of conduct should report this to info@3-parts.com. The report will be treated confidentially. The consequences for the offender are governed by Article 19 ff. of the general flight conditions.
5. Modifications
If 3-Parts updates the rules of conduct, they shall enter into force upon publication on the homepage. 3-Parts will inform the passenger of the changes by e-mail. If the Passenger continues to use the Platform, they shall be deemed to have tacitly accepted them. Otherwise, he is entitled to submit an ordinary notice of termination in accordance with Article 20 of the general flight conditions. The Passenger is responsible for checking the homepage to see which provisions have been amended, changed or deleted.
